anger, angry man

The anger they feel is much deeper than they do not want to believe the goodness of the people around them. They are so wary of strangers even if these have nothing to do with the experience of the past.

This situation can be so difficult to understand by those hadn't a personal experience with deep anger. Something that you would like to kill a person with your own bare hands but because you are rational, you wouldn't do so. The anger would definitely build inside you, waiting for the day you can finally let it out the person intended.

What happened when you discover they aren't even deserving of your revenge? What about the people that you unconsciously punishing just because they are around when you are hurt? Being in a company of anger even just with your thoughts brings you no good.

Here are things you should give a thought before you give in to intense anger.

1. You do not know the whole situation

Each of us is struggling and fighting their own battle. We are all surviving of something that even those close to you aren't aware of and there are things disclosed and need to be as is. Even if you are anger to a person, you must challenge yourself to forgive them.

2. No one wants to be in the company with an angry person

It is a no-win situation if you are angry. When someone fails to pacify the anger of the person, they will leave it up to the person who has it because that is just what is the right thing to do. They aren't the one that could deal and make it right because they are not you.

An angry person can highly risky for any company unless its the company they wanted. It could result in physical violence and untentional damage when a person wrecks their anger to those around them.

3. It is an immature act

Being angry all time show the inability of a person to communicate how they feel, that is why they will eventually resort to being angry. It is like a baby who feels something about himself/herself but unable to translate it in a manner understandable to others.

You want to act maturely. If you feel angry with a person either you confront them or let it die down on its own. The latter would probably take time and would be suggestive if you want to burn any bridge of communication, but if they are part of your family this isn't really recommended measure.

Cited above are some reasons why one shouldn't fall prey to anger. However, we are not really sure that we can be all the time perfect in managing emotional turmoil like anger. Our anger gives us an overview of the unaddress needs that want to be met. If you find yourself getting angry all the time, here are some healthy way to let it out once and for all.

1. Be Open And Honest Enough

You can actually let go of your anger that had been built over the years if you will only humble enough to take ownership of the emotion you feel. Do not say you are angry at someone or their act if you meant to be angry at someone else.

You are not even allowed to punish nor to throw angry words to people who have nothing to do with it. It could be difficult but the only way you can finally let it go is to have a talk with the person. Either there is a situation that you misunderstand or they, too are battling with their own fight.

You do not have to lace nice words to the other person when you really want to kill that person. Just tell you are angry with them so they have an idea of how you feel about it. Could you just imagine you are angry with someone who does not have any thought that you are angry at them? That would be a lot funny, right?

2. Tell right away and don't let anger sit in your heart for a long time

If you think this is something you can forget and forgive issue, then you better tell them about it. Telling them you are angry or you get angry on it will refrain yourself from committing other mistakes that you might regret later.

3. Learn to slow down your emotion or get some space

During an intense emotion or anger, one is more likely to have that urgent urge to punch someone else's face or snapped words on their face but actually, this reaction is much more damaging not only to your own relationship with the other person but also with your image.

It could taint your image by how you display reaction to stressful things or reinforcement. Even more, those reactions that gathered from you could be used against you so never make anger your council.

4. Have a brisk exercise or workout

Angry emotions are energies. In fact, all emotions are energies. If it isn't positive you can actually redirect it to something more gainful such as having an intense workout or engage in extreme sports. This will help your mind divert its attention to your activity rather than pour energies on being upset.

5. Maintain your solution to focus on yourself

You are angry because of something--for whatever it is, if it is the unmade bed or the dirty kitchen, the best thing to do is to look within yourself for a solution. So, you must clean it. Ask someone to help you out. Instead of saying--'you always upset me because of this and that' say otherwise--'dirty kitchen upsets me, now could you help me clean this mess.' Do not be in accusing tone towards another person as this would increase tension and won't solve anything.

6. Be grateful

Nothing can make angry those who have a grateful heart. If you know within yourself that despite everything you are filled with grace and being blessed you tend to let things go. Allowing yourself to see beautiful things around you even if you do not have the luxuries that you supposedly deserve is being grateful.

Actually, being grateful or the joy of being one will only take place in one's life if they found God. If one is walking with no God in their life, yes anger can destroy their life.
